Oxnard Rental House

This two-story house has a huge sunny deck with a gas barbecue grill and outdoor furniture. The bottom floor has a king-size bed, a daybed, TV with VCR and DVD player, a beautiful full bathroom, and walk-in closet. The wooden sliding door opens to a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The upper floor boasts a second bedroom that can be use as a family room with a Cable TV, stereo, and a daybed that sleeps two: a bathroom: a modern full kitchen and dining area: as well as a living room with a sofabed that sleeps two. The loft is a third level with a view of the channel and Kiddy Beach. It has a bunkbed, great for two older kids. We also provide two kayaks and bikes for guests to use. You will feel right at home. The beach is about 1/2 block from the house and restaurants are a walking distance or driving distance depending on what you feel like eating. Golf is about 10 to 15 mins. drive.
