Brand New Ergonomic Bass

The ERGONOMIC Bass was developed for players who have, and are, encountering chronic wrist fatigue following long, or even short, sessions on your contemporary instruments.  The new ERGONOMIC Bass design rotates the bass?s neck, pickups and bridge to a 10-degree forward position from the normal linear approach.  With this rotation, players receive a wrist relief that helps to diminish prolonged wrist stress.  This stress, over years of playing conventional basses, may lead to forms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and or other various forms of wrist associated complaints. The ERGONOMIC Bass straightens the wrist posture by 10 degrees and therefore alleviates prolonged strain of the wrist.

The ERGONOMIC Bass body is sculpted from an 8/4 slab of soft maple. The body emulates the distinctive SSS five-string styling and provides a warm tonal personality.  This 4-string instrument integrates a bolt on 22-fret rock maple neck, an ebony fingerboard along with smooth 20:1 machine heads.  The bridge is Schaller?s Roller, and pickups are EMG?s P/J setup powered by two 9-volt batteries in series for 18-volt performance, sensitivity and headroom.  Two volume controls and one tone control, together with a pickup selector switch round out the configuration.
